Of all the fantasy football sleepers who ended up being busts last season, Allen Robinson was the biggest. After years of putting up good numbers on teams with bad quarterbacks, his trade to the Los Angeles Rams had many people, myself included, dreaming of a WR1 season. That didn’t happen.
Instead, the pass catcher alternated between being hurt and ineffective. It was a disappointment fantasy football managers want to avoid this season. With that in mind, here are three fantasy football sleepers who will end up being busts in 2023. This isn’t to say you shouldn’t draft these players; just be wary of taking them too early.

3 fantasy football sleepers who will end up being busts in 2023
1) Odell Beckham Jr.
Odell Beckham Jr. is nothing more than a solid wide receiver with a high-profile name at this point in time. His last decent fantasy season was 2019 and it is hard to see how a move to the Baltimore Ravens will lead to a career resurgence. Also, OBJ is already 30 years old and coming off an ACL tear.
Everything here screams do not draft him. Yet, someone in your draft is going to snap him up thinking they got a steal. That is, of course, if those assault charges don’t lead to a suspension from the NFL.
2) Isiah Pacheco
The Isiah Pacheco hype train has already left the station even though he wasn’t all that impressive as a rookie. He only had one top-12 weekly finish. Additionally, it’s not like he had a 2019 Damien Williams postseason run for the Kansas City Chiefs. The seventh-round draft pick could best be described as serviceable.
There is also a very real possibility that the team prefers to run Clyde Edwards-Helaire into the ground in the last year of his contract. Pacheco feels most like a bust than potential sleep all things considered.

3) Allen Lazard
Aaron Rodgers being traded to the New York Jets does nothing to improve the outlook of Allen Lazard. Not once has he finished inside the top-30 wide receivers despite having spent five seasons in Green Bay with the future Hall of Famer. That isn’t going to change just because they happen to be playing for a new team despite what some fantasy football experts are claiming.
