AT&T Stadium standing room only review
AT&T Stadium standing room only tickets may be cheap, but are they worth it?

Any AT&T Stadium standing room only review really only requires three words. Don’t do it. The price may be attractive and standing room only seating can be fine at other buildings, but the Cowboys have totally botched this big time.

Unless, of course, you don’t actually like seeing the game. AT&T Stadium is full of people holding standing room only tickets unable to get close enough to see the action. The end zone concourses are a sea of people, many of which are just loitering around, watching the game on a TV. It’s kind of surreal.

Let’s start this AT&T Stadium standing room only review with the positives. The tickets are cheap with $35 getting you into regular season games. If you enter the stadium the very moment it opens, you can also get a decent vantage point along a railing or counter. And if you happen to enter the stadium after that, well basically you’re fucked.

I really wish I could add more positives to the AT&T Stadium standing room only review, but it is truly an awful experience. If you don’t secure your spot early and are then prepared to protect it from interlopers for the next six hours, good luck seeing what is happening on the field.

This may come as a surprise, but Jerry Jones is a greedy SOB. The Cowboys sell way too many tickets for the standing room only sections which suck to begin with. These viewing areas are only available around the endzones of AT&T Stadium. This would be fine if tickets were limited so attendees could comfortably watch the game in the designated standing room only places.

Instead, the endzone concourses are full of people just wandering around aimlessly in hopes of catching a glimpse of the game. People are roughly in rows of four or five deep, but good luck seeing what happens if you don’t get that prime first row spot.

Midway through the second quarter of Cowboys’ games, those endzone concourses begin resembling a bus station. People are sitting on the floor, garbage is scattered about and you’re basically trying to avoid making eye contact with anyone out of fear of having some unwanted conversation.

A $35 standing room only ticket, $20 for parking, $15 on crappy AT&T Stadium food and $25 on Miller Lite, the math just doesn’t add up. Either pay $100+ for a seat or watch the game at home. AT&T Stadium standing room only isn’t worth the hassle.
