Parlay of the Day June 19th
The New York Islanders are a home underdog which adds value to our parlay

The Touchback is ready with our Parlay of the Day for June 19th. With only one NBA and NHL game taking place on Saturday, there isn’t a ton of variety to build from. The U.S. Open presents some interesting prop bet opportunities if golf is your thing. We also thought about adding a Euro 2020 match in here, but nothing really stood out.

Our Parlay of the Day for June 19th avoided the UFC Fight Night which sees Chan Sung Jung take on Dan Ige. If you’re looking to expand your wager, that would probably be the place to start. However, we’re more than happy with our three-team parlay.

Parlay of the Day for June 19th

Brooklyn Nets (-116) vs. Brooklyn Nets

This is a fairly straightforward bet to build our base. The home team has won the previous six games in this series which gives the Brooklyn Nets an advantage. Additionally, the home team is 105-28 all-time in NBA game 7s. That’s basically an 80 percent winning percentage. And with the Bucks are only getting -102, there is no real reason to pick them.

New York Islanders (+118) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning

Our NBA pick is backed by numbers, but we are going with the eye test on this wager. For starters, it’s always great to get a home team as an underdog. As far as the hockey goes, the New York Islanders have been extremely competitive in the first three games and have a realistic shot at evening up the series at two games apiece today. That being said, we’re all in on the Tampa Bay Lightning to win the Stanley Cup in 2021.

Tampa Bay Rays (-1.5) at Seattle Mariners (+118)

The Tampa Bay Rays have lost four straight games including dropping the past two to a not-so-great Seattle Mariners squad. Despite the slide, the Rays have scored the third most runs in the American League this season and allowed the second fewest. Seattle is 10th and 11th in both categories, respectively.

Taking the run line on this game (+118) as opposed to moneyline (-146) is the way to go. The extra risk is well worth the payout if the Rays win by two or more.

Parlay of the Day: Bet $10 to win $75.85

The Touchback’s Parlay of the Day for June 19th isn’t particularly eye-catching with only three games. But taking home $75 on a $10 bet is a solid payout.
