Brett Favre’s lawyer sinks his own case against Pat McAfee

Brett Favre’s lawyer Pat McAfee
Of course Brett Favre hired a lawyer who doesn't understand how law works

I have given up on conservative knuckleheads doing the logical thing, let alone the right thing. This is a group of morons who believe laws don’t apply to them, complain about anything that doesn’t go their way and assume they are always the victim. It is only fitting that Brett Favre somehow thinks he has suffered from defamation despite clearly being guilty as hell.

It should also come as no surprise that the former Green Bay Packers quarterback has hired a wildly incompetent bum to represent him in this matter. Eric Herschmann has literally already sunk Brett Favre’s case against Pat McAfee. Here are his thoughts on the impending litigation:

“It’s going to cost Pat McAfee millions of dollars. And if it bankrupts him, he will have learned his lesson that you don’t try to promote yourself inappropriately and improperly by attacking somebody else. He’s going to learn the lesson the hard way.”

Dude, a legal professional should not plainly state that his case is about revenge. A lawsuit is about two things: justice and restitution. Brett Favre’s lawyer in his own case against Pat McAfee has made this about something different entirely.

The statement isn’t even a veiled threat. It’s out there in view for everyone to see. No wonder Favre hired this moron. He is the same man who thought it was cool to direct funds from needy families to build Southern Miss a volleyball arena. That’s not a debatable fact by the way. The text messages are out there for all to see.

Ultimately, the posturing of Brett Favre’s lawyer in his case against Pat McAfee seems to be nothing more than a poor attempt at bullying. And while that move may work on the playground, it’s useless in a court of law. Not that Herschmann knows much about law. He’s just a Donald Trump crony who chases paper from scumbags too stupid to see when they are in the wrong.

A real lawyer would have told the one-time Copper Fit pitchman to get out of town when presented with this outlandish lawsuit proposal. Hell, most ambulance chasers would have the wherewithal to tell the public their client’s motivation was justice and not revenge. Instead, guilty-ass Favre found the lone individual dumb enough to tank his case before it could get before a judge. Great job.

Personally, Pat McAfee is annoying and not particularly entertaining. He’s made College Gameday downright unwatchable. His fans are some of the dumbest people you will ever meet.

And despite that not even being a lawsuit, I still have a better case than Brett Favre’s lawyer does against Pat McAfee. The worst part about this all, Herschmann will probably sue me after he loses against the former punter. Good luck with that.
