Christian Hudson and The Social Man are a scam – Part 2

Christian Hudson and The Social Man scam
One fake profile, one fake review and one major tool exposed

When we first looked at why Christian Hudson and The Social Man were a scam, everything felt pretty obvious. He was a lame con artist who was bilking dudes out of money. No legitimate business charges people $24.20 a week for membership to forums after a 14-day trial you’re forced to join when buying his product.

Of course, he doesn’t really have a product either. We won’t get into all that again, but you can read about it here. Today, we are looking at another aspect of why Christian Hudson and The Social Man are a scam.

Apparently, they use Russian trolls to defend them online. Okay, so we can’t confirm if they are Russian or not. But Hudson and the people behind The Social Man are definitely using trolls and/or fake accounts to champion their cause and sow doubt against any criticism. But don’t take our word for, just look at what happened on our first article covering their douchbaggery.

Christian Hudson and The Social Man scam caught red handed

The wording of this “comment” caused us to dig a little deeper

The above comment was posted on our first article covering Christian Hudson and The Social Man scam. It would be easy to dismiss this as some stray loser, but one line caught my eye:

“I’m just a smuck like the rest of you that out of curiosity got the course. And the only reason I’m making this comment is to help those that are wondering if it is legit.”

This phrase, or some variation of it, is a calling card of all the dating scams we’ve covered on The Touchback. Every review or positive comment online about them features it. Beyond that, the wording here just felt suspicious. Real people don’t write Facebook comments like this. I dug a little deeper and checked out out this chap’s profile.

Hmmmmmm…this profile was literally created moments before posting a comment on the article. Of course, that’s not proof this John Selby character is a fake account. So, I decided to do a Google search of his profile picture.

Bingo, we have a winner. That is a photo of Russian rapper Basta (or Баста for you Russian language fans out there). This was comically easy to find by the way. Look, it’s impossible to know if this is a Russian troll or just a regular troll, but make no mistake, someone at The Social Man is behind this. If they aren’t doing it themselves, they are paying other people to post this.

All of this begs the question: why would such a super-successful, not a scam product need to resort to such petty tactics?

Confidence much?

Christian Hudson and The Social Man prattle on endlessly about confidence and how it’s going to help you bang women. But in the same breath, these asshats are so insecure about what they’re doing that they need to create fake social media profiles to defend themselves. Kids in high school think that’s immature.

Not only are Christian Hudson and The Social Man a scam, but it’s so flimsy that they must go to great lengths to protect it from criticism.

More importantly, if you’re going to try something like this, do a better fucking job. It should take someone more than three minutes to figure out you’re posting from a fake troll account. Also, have your troll accounts say different things. For a man who claims to be rich, Christian Hudson should spend some of that money on his troll game.

Unless Christian Hudson and The Social Man are a scam, that is. Then that would explain the sorry attempt to protect their interests.
