How does The Hot Chick end? It’s impossible to say. I always assumed Rob Schneider’s convict character got married to the teenage girl because that was the most logical answer. However, this plot twist doesn’t really make a lot of sense, even by 2002 comedy standards.
But here’s the catch. I have watched The Hot Chick at least 20 times in my life, if not more. I just never made it to the end. This isn’t because it’s an awful movie. I mean, the film is in no way good or even decent. But I’ve sat through much worse.
The issue with The Hot Chick is that no one chooses to watch it of their own volition. There was no way in hell I was paying to see this in a theatre. Nor is it a movie any sane person would seek out on Netflix, Amazon Prime or whatever streaming service it happens to be buried on.
The Hot Chick was one of those flicks you caught exclusively on cable TV. And for whatever reason, it was on constantly between 2003 and 2007. Seriously, there were four television certainties in life during the time period: Comedy Central broadcasting Rushmore at 8am once a week, Nancy Grace talking about unsolved murders on Headline News, ESPN desperately trying to make Cold Pizza a thing and some channel airing The Hot Chick.
The movie wasn’t interesting enough to sit through start to finish. Ultimately, you would turn it on because there was nothing else to watch. I could power through anywhere from 10-30 minutes of The Hot Chick but that was it.
That is perhaps the oddest thing about The Hot Chick. At no point was the part of the movie I was watching the ending. Sometimes I’d catch the start and others the middle. That last half hour was always elusive.

How does The Hot Chick end?
Look, I have no idea how The Hot Chick ends. I also refuse to search for spoilers online. Not knowing is more rewarding. Besides, Clive and Jessica switching back into their original bodies and deciding to get married is a much more satisfying conclusion than whatever actually happened.
