After watching her performance in the Nevada State Legislature Special Session hearing of the Oakland A’s stadium finance bill, it is painfully obvious that Nevada State Senator Lisa Krasner is a corrupt politician. She isn’t even hiding it. Watch the following performance and try to claim otherwise:

Holy hell. You really don’t need any more evidence than that to prove Nevada State Senator Lisa Krasner is a corrupt politician. Let’s make one thing clear to start with. Oakland A’s owner John Fisher is a huge Republican donor even though he has tried to hide it. That’s ironic considering he refuses to live in one of their awful conservative backwaters, like Texas or Florida.
Anyway, Krasner proceeds to read this phrase about Fisher:
“He seems like a fine man and a person of high integrity.”
For starters, you don’t even know the guy. You seemingly had one discussion with him and just what that entailed isn’t established. This is hardly enough time to judge his integrity which has been proven time and time again to be questionable.

The exchange reminded me of an encounter I had with a former high school classmate a few years back. It was brief and I left thinking the guy was normal. A few weeks later, he was popped for going around to people’s houses in a diaper and demanding they change him. Simply put, you need time to determine someone’s integrity.
It gets worse, though. Why do you need to read that statement off a script? I’ve never once required a reminder that someone was a person of high integrity when talking about them publicly if the statement was true. Everyday folks also aren’t so indifferent when speaking about individuals they hold in such high esteem.
Krasner had all the passion and sincerity of a Bangkok whore getting plowed by some fat expat. The only difference between the two is that at least the prostitute is honest about what she is doing. The not-so-honorable state senator is trying to convince the world Fisher isn’t handing her money for a service.
Look, I know it is impossible to prove corruption in US politics because politicians have made it near impossible to detect by design. However, there is no way an average person can watch that clip of Krasner and not think something suspicious is happening.
We will never know what that is. But given the way Fisher and Republicans as a whole operate, something changed hands here. Unless I’m wrong and all her Carson City constituents are happy to pay for a ballpark most will likely never visit. Oh, and one that also happens to be further away from them than Oakland. Perfect.
Is Nevada State Senator Lisa Krasner a corrupt politician? Sometimes you don’t need a smoking gun to know a crime was committed. There is more evidence to this being true than crackpot conservative theories on Joe Biden being corrupt. John Fisher is a fine man? Spare me. He’s worse than an adult dressed up in a diaper demanding strangers him.
