But Kate Spring is the absolute worst online dating coach. It is no surprise she has gone into hiding given the fact her book, The Obsession Method, is a scam.
Let’s start with the most obvious thing. Spring is a bootleg version of Marni Kinrys, creator of the Wing Girl Method and the F Formula. Seriously, they’re both Canadian, they each think they know the secret to getting women and both try to sell you crappy products.
However, Spring is worse than Kinrys on just about every level. She is the Hydrox of pickup artists. And that book she peddles, The Obsession Method, is a total scam. Of course, you’re probably wondering what makes Kate Spring the worst internet dating coach we’ve seen. We’re glad you asked.

Hold on, would you trust Spring’s advice if I told you she held a bachelor’s degree? No, graduating with a basic college degree in an unknown field of study doesn’t mean anything to you?
There are a lot of reasons Kate Spring is the worst dating coach on the internet, but they all stem from an overconfidence in her own intelligence. Unless you are a doctor, lawyer or a dentist, no one gives a shit about your degree.
Beyond that, everything else this so-called attraction expert puts out there exposes her as a recent college graduate who isn’t qualified to be giving advice to anyone about anything. But don’t take my word for it. Here is Spring dropping a Descartes reference in one of her blog posts:
That is the ultimate “I think I’m really smart” move. Let’s be real, she took an Intro to Philosophy class, heard that quote on the very first day and thought it was super deep. This is literally a microcosm of Spring’s approach to advice. If you’re stupid, the stuff she says may seem intelligent. But if you went to college for more than a couple of days, you know it’s all a bunch of baloney.

Another reason Kate Spring is the worst dating coach on the internet is the fact she literally doesn’t have any clue as to what her area of expertise is. Half the time she is talking about how you can get a girlfriend and find love and the other half is dedicated to helping dudes get complete control of a woman’s mind so they will want to bang. Seriously, that’s a thing.
She also has this odd obsession with assisting ugly guys, although her advice for them is all over the map. Spring claims on her blog that not all women will be attracted to ugly dudes, but then stresses that her The Obsession Method book can help any guy get any girl. What the hell are we doing here? Just pick a lane already.

Speaking of The Obsession Method, it is a total scam. There is the scam video at the top of the landing page talking about hidden secrets and other nonsense. It’s just like the Scrambler, the F Formula or any of the other crappy dating programs we have looked at, only much, much worse.
That is because Kate Spring is the worst online dating coach. At least the other clowns we have reviewed put time and effort into creating and maintaining their con. The Obsession Method and everything else from Spring is lazy horsecrap created by someone who isn’t nearly as intelligent as she thinks she is.
