Doing a Seahawks Stadium 300 level review was something I’ve been looking forward to for a while now. In terms of watching an NFL game from an upper deck, it doesn’t get any better. This is the perfect combination of atmosphere, seating design and backdrop, although the weather usually leaves much to be desired for those who like the sun.
What’s known today as Lumen Field looks incredible for being more than 20-years old. Sure, the paint is a bit faded in places and there are some signs of aging, but it remains in superb condition overall. You can imagine the team playing here for another 20 seasons.
From a seating standpoint, the Seahawks Stadium 300 level is smartly designed to get you as close to action as possible from the top tier. The sloping is good. There is enough room between rows to not feel entirely cramped. Looking out at the north endzone and seeing the Seattle skyline is impressive.
The only real downside is that it doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles newer venues have. There is no massive videoboard and the wi-fi is nothing short of unusable. Some of the concourses have a very industrial, 1990s look. But this is really a minor nitpick.
As for the people inside, the 12s will be annoying for some. But there is no denying this is a loud and relatively knowledgeable fanbase. And all things considered, they aren’t that bad. Seattle Seahawks supporters are not myopic or aggressive, something that can’t be said about followers for many other NFL teams. They also go to watch the game, unlike those attending Dallas Cowboys contests at AT&T Stadium.

What makes Seahawks Stadium so special is that great experience begins before your ticket is scanned. For starters, you can take food and drinks into the game. That’s awesome and probably for the best since most of the in-stadium F&B options are crap. Seriously, I’ve never seen so many Pizza Huts in one place.

Just outside the stadium along Occidental Ave there is a lot of activity before and after games. Bratwurst and sausage sellers as well as various food trucks can be found. Some of these are really good. Others not so much. At the very least, you can grab a only slightly overpriced bottle of water.
The street also has a number of shops selling official merchandise at prices far more reasonable than the team store. These places have amazing clearance racks if you want to get something to commemorate your visit without spending a ton of money.
There is a ton more happening outside before kickoff as well. What all this does is create a fun atmosphere outside the stadium. It’s something few other NFL venues offer. Seriously, where else would you run into a dude on a bicycle selling a football bong?
As we mentioned in our Climate Pledge Arena review, SpotHero is the best way to find cheap parking for sporting events in Seattle. You can score a spot in a garage a little over a mile away for $25.
Seahawks Stadium 300 level review score: 10

If you want to watch a football game, there are few places better to do it than Seahawks Stadium. From pre-game festivities outside to the great views in the 300 level, it is perfect. Even in the rain or the fog or the cold, this is one of the sport’s true cathedrals.
With so many new stadiums basically ignoring the average fan, it is nice to attend games in a place where they are welcomed with open arms. If you take one thing away from this Seahawks Stadium 300 level review, I hope it is that fact.
